Troubleshooting
The tightness of the screws can be attributed to the hardening of the materials, which is primarily influenced by the cold climate. When materials undergo hardening, they tend to create a snug fit when assembled with screws.
To address this issue, it is advisable to utilize hex tools of the appropriate size. Running the screws through the small tooling a few times in a back-and-forth motion can help alleviate the excessive tightness.
To ensure a secure fit, please use a hex tool to gently tighten the screws during the setup process. Exercise caution and avoid overtightening, as a moderate tightening is typically adequate.
Tool damage or breakage
This tool has been crafted through 3D printing, a process that involves layer-by-layer construction. As a result, minor irregularities on the surface may arise. It’s important to note that when attaching and tightening screws during initial use, occasional cracking might occur, signaling potential overtightening. Should this situation arise, rest assured, we offer a replacement for any damaged part within the first 30 days.
